  • Absolutely. We’re based in Maryland and serve the DMV region, but we’re available for travel nationwide. Travel fees may apply depending on location and scope.

  • Yes—travel fees are based on distance and logistics. We keep it simple: rate + room. We handle flights, meals, and transportation so you don’t have to worry about the details.

  • Our core service areas include the following Maryland counties, where no travel fees or custom quotes are required:

    We also serve the greater DMV region and offer nationwide coverage for events and sessions—with travel fees applied based on location and scope.

Booking & Delivery
  • For events and weddings, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. For branding and headshot sessions, 2–3 weeks is usually enough. Dates are reserved on a first-come basis with a signed agreement and deposit.

  • Once we confirm availability, we’ll send a booking agreement and invoice. A deposit secures your date on our calendar.

  • You’ll receive a private online gallery with download access. Commercial usage rights are included for branding and corporate sessions.

  • Yes—same-day edits are available for select projects like headshots or event highlights. This service is subject to availability and additional fees.

  • We typically deliver fully edited images. We remove duplicates, test shots, and anything that doesn’t meet our quality standards, so you receive a clean, polished set of visuals. RAW files can be provided upon request for an additional fee to cover file transfer and management.

  • Standard delivery is 10 business days for photography. Weddings and larger events may take longer depending on scope. If you have a deadline, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Wedding & Portraiture
  • Yes — we offer full-day and half-day wedding coverage with a focus on emotional storytelling and stress-free service.

  • Yes—engagement and lifestyle sessions are available as standalone bookings or as part of a wedding package.

  • Definitely. We offer flexible packages and add-ons to match your timeline and priorities.

  • We’ll check in with you before wrapping up. Additional coverage is available at an hourly rate.

Corporate Events, Branding & Headshots
  • Cost is per Person. Bulk discounts are available for teams over 50.
